Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

At Groove Life® Innovative Belts, Silicone Rings, and More, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, products must meet all of the following criteria:

Unused and in the original condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
Free from any signs of misuse, damage, or alteration
Suitable for resale upon return

Returns that do not meet these standards may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Customized or personalized items
Gift cards and downloadable products
Clearance or final sale products
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, Groove Life® will promptly review your return request. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to review your return and an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please retain all original packaging and contact us immediately at davidepem782@gmail.com for assistance with evaluation and resolution.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items, except if the return is caused by a defective product, damage during shipping, or an error on the part of Groove Life®.

Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
