By placing an order or using the Groove Life® Innovative Belts, Silicone Rings, and More website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our site and any purchases made through it, establishing your rights and obligations.

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders through Groove Life® are subject to verification and must be accepted before processing. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to inventory shortages, payment verification issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Once accepted, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Following this, standard shipping delivery typically requires 7-15 business days.

Shipping costs will be calculated and presented to you at checkout before finalizing your order.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of your order delivery.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a return.
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at davidepem782@gmail.com for return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to complete the purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at davidepem782@gmail.com. Beyond this timeframe, cancellation is not guaranteed if your order has progressed to processing or shipment stages.
